PDF Reports

Generate professional PDF compliance reports for clients and legal documentation. Pro feature.

Overview

PDF reports provide professional, shareable accessibility compliance documentation. They’re designed for agencies delivering to clients, organizations building legal compliance records, and anyone needing a formal accessibility audit document.

This is a Pro feature. Upgrade to Pro to generate PDF reports.

Generating a Report

  1. Run a scan (single page or full site crawl)
  2. Go to Accessibility → Dashboard
  3. Click Generate PDF Report
  4. Configure report options
  5. Click Download

Report Contents

Each report includes:

Executive Summary

  • Overall accessibility score
  • Total pages scanned
  • Issue breakdown by severity (errors, warnings, notices)
  • Compliance status summary

Detailed Findings

  • Issues organized by WCAG category
  • Each issue with severity, affected element, and remediation guidance
  • WCAG success criterion reference for each finding
  • Page-by-page breakdown (for full site reports)

Recommendations

  • Prioritized list of fixes ranked by impact
  • Estimated effort level for each fix
  • Quick wins highlighted

Compliance Statement

  • Current WCAG compliance level
  • Target compliance level
  • Date of assessment
  • Assessor information

Customization

Branding

Add your organization’s branding to reports:

  • Logo — Upload your company logo
  • Company name — Displayed on the cover page
  • Colors — Customize the accent color
  • Contact info — Your company’s contact details

White-Label (Agency)

Agency license holders can fully white-label reports:

  • Remove all WooPlugin branding
  • Use your own logo and company name
  • Custom cover page
  • Suitable for client deliverables

Configure branding under Accessibility → Settings → Report Branding.

Agencies can generate branded reports for each client site, showing current compliance status and recommended fixes.
